Caprino Veronese
It is the company headquarter. Here is located a modern and sustainable cellar, which was renovated in 1995 with a very eco friendly approach. Even today it is among the most ecological cellars in Italy. It is surrounded by 50-ha of vineyards, which were purchased in 1965 by Raffaello Cottini, Diego’s father. The Cottini family here welcomes guests and wine lovers to whom it is offered the possibility to experience the visit of the cellar and the surrounding vineyards, together with different taste itineraries and the shop.
Tregnago Estate
Today our vineyards in Valpolicella extend for about 45 hectares. Here is located our “Fruttaio”, the facility dedicated to the Appassimento (grapes’ drying process). It lays on top of the hill that divides the Illasi Valley from the one of Mezzane, an ideal place for natural ventilation. Here is also located Palazzo Maffei, our “Country House”. It is a house dedicated to hospitality and relaxation and it is surrounded by vineyards and woods. The wonderful house is ideal to experience wine, vineyards and nature in absolute calm. It is also possible to stay overnight.

It is located in the very heart of Valpolicella Classica, where we were born, and it is the beating heart of Valpolicella’s wine production. Here a modern facility and technology allow us to easily follow the process of production and maturation of our Amarone, Valpolicella Superiore Ripasso, Valpolicella Superiore, Recioto.
Sirmione Estate
These vineyards are located in the Lugana DOC area, south of Garda Lake. They are the latest ones purchased by the Cottini family. The beauty of this place, the elegance of Lugana wines, which are more and more appreciated in the world, together with the proximity of this area to the company headquarter, have made this “expansion” a natural choice.
