Cantine aperte is the opportunity to spend a few hours or a whole day in absolute relax and freedom, among the vineyards of the Caprino Veronese Estate or in the Cellar, tasting our wines paired with local products. The Calinverno Rosso Veronese IGT will be the star of this extraordinary opening and will be offered at different moments of tasting.
WHAT YOU CAN DO DURING THE DAY:
Veranda tasting:
Inside the Veranda and the Porticato Hall, you can relax by choosing the wine you prefer from our Wine List. It will be offered together with cold cuts and cheeses.
Wine tasting in the cellar step by step:
After booking, it will be possible to play the new touring tour experience in the cellar at a discounted price. The visits take place at 10 am – 12 pm – 2 pm – 4 pm. You will be guided by our staff on a journey in stages in the ageing rooms. At each stage there is a tasting island, you willt tasting our wines directly where they are made paired with typical local products.
Wine shop tasting:
In our Wine Shop, open from 9.30 am to 6.30 pm, it will be possible to taste, with proposals dedicated to the day.
Pic-Nic in the vineyard – Cestino Calinverno:
After booking, it will be possible to buy the “Calinverno basket” at a special price. We propose you to consume it directly in the Nature surrounding the company, between the Biodiversity Points and the vines. The basket for two people contains a bottle of Calinverno and everything needed for Pic-Nic.

The extraordinary opening will also be held in case of bad weather: for those who have booked the basket, it will be possible to consume it and taste it in the company spaces.
Tastings are reserved for people over the age of 18 (+18).
Children must always be accompanied. Please report any food allergies or intolerances.
Pets are welcome, but due to hygiene reasons we cannot accommodate them in the production areas and in the company.
The payment of the Calinverno basket must take place in advance, while the tastings payment takes place on site, directly on the day of the visit.
The temperature in the cellar is 16 ° C, we recommend appropriate clothing.
