Valpolicella & Pizza

After the success of the two summer Editions, the evening of pairing dedicated to the contemporary pizza by Renato Bosco returns with an autumn edition dedicated to Valpolicella red wine.

If you love pizzas with strong flavors you will try a match with red wine that will balance the flavors of the seasonings: the Valpolicella Superiore Monte Zovo will be paired with the doughs of Renato Bosco, #pizzaricercatore and Ambassador of Italian Cuisine in the World.

The evening will take place at Monte Zovo winery where you can admire the view from the terrace overlooking the splendid panorama of the Rivoli Veronese morainic amphitheater.

The evening menu offers various ingredients, satisfying even vegetarian, vegan and lactose intolerant tastes: the evening begins with Bread with PastaMadreViva and Focaccia Soffice with cherry tomatoes accompanied by Olio EVO Monte Zovo, followed by the Pizza DoppioCrunch® served with: Monte Veronese cheese, Porchetta, shiitake mushrooms – Mozzarella fiordilatte from Lessinia, radicchio of Verona, stewed pancetta – Cream of celeriac, pumpkin, leek, almond flakes – Broccoli cream, savoy cabbage, Speck.

To celebrate the last event of the 2019 Monte Zovo Event Calendar, 5 lucky tickets will be drawn during the evening. The winners will receive surprise prizes.

 

Valpolicella & Pizza – Friday 11th October 2019, from 8pm.
